Garry Marshall was an American producer, writer, director, and actor. He was best known for his work on the television shows “Happy Days,” “Laverne & Shirley,” and “Mork & Mindy.” He also directed the films “Pretty Woman” and “The Princess Diaries.” Marshall passed away on July 19, 2016, at 81, after suffering from pneumonia. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and his three children.
